With the development of science and technology and the improvement of medical level, the function of medical equipment will be more and more advanced, and its product structure will be adjusted continuously, and its function will be more diversified. The BL32 brushless motor developed by our company for this purpose has the characteristic of ‘small and precise’, and can be applied in many kinds of medical devices.

1. DC brushless structure: make the motor control, efficiency and operation performance better.

2. axial clearance, radial clearance control: can better deal with the shock force of the pump and prolong the life of the motor.

Motor features:

1. Dual steering: CW/CCW is defined by customer.

2. Signalling function: FG/PWM/VPWM is available.

3. lock protection: when the controller detects motor blocking, shut down it to stop running.

4. automatic restart function: after the motor stops running, the motor tries to restart every 2 seconds.

5. overcurrent protection: when the average value of input current exceeds the set value and stays for 2~5 seconds, the controller protects the overcurrent and the motor stops running.

6. Infinitely speed control: make the motor speed control more smoothly.

7. low noise: can do 45dB (A)

8. ultra-long life: 10000-50000 hours.
