Will brushless motors also overload?
Will brushless motors also overload? Yes, any motor will inevitably experience overload if used improperly. Although brushless motors have the advantages of small size, high efficiency, no carbon brushes, and long service life, they have replaced traditional mechanical commutation motors for use. Once the brushless motor encounters the following situations, be careful of overload.
1、 When the brushless motor is overloaded, it will stop directly due to the protection mechanism of the drive, and it needs to be turned off and then turned on again to operate normally.3、 If the brushless motor experiences overload, the ADC can be adjusted to slow down the start and stop time, allowing the motor to slowly load. This may lead to higher loads. There are many large loads that can be overloaded directly if they are loaded too heavily at once, because the torque of the brushless motor is low when starting to the rated speed, and only when it is locked will the torque exceed the rated torque.
