1. Timely detect whether the motor is damp
When the brushless DC motor is in a humid environment or when moisture infiltrates the equipment, users need to check whether the motor has been affected by moisture by detecting the absorption ratio. When the absorption ratio is high, it indicates that the motor insulation has not been affected by moisture or the degree of moisture is not severe. For the convenience of comparing with previous data, operators can convert the absorption ratio to the same temperature based on the data.
2. Suitable site selection for dismantling environment
When users perform maintenance on
brushless DC motors, they must first familiarize themselves with the structural characteristics and maintenance technical requirements of the motor, and prepare the necessary tools (including special tools) and equipment for disassembly. Before dismantling, choose a reasonable location for the motor dismantling to ensure the cleanliness of the site environment. Use compressed air to blow off the dust on the surface of the motor and wipe the surface dirt clean.
