As a typical electromechanical integrated product, DC brushless motor consists of a motor body and a driver. The stator is the static part of the brushless motor, which generates a magnetic field on the rotor to drive rotation. Due to its obvious advantages in terms of efficiency, service life, noise, reliability, etc., brushless motor has been rapidly applied in industries such as automobiles, home appliances, ships, and machinery.

Although high-precision brushless DC motors have high reliability, we still need to pay attention to the fact that if the motor is subjected to excessive impact or vibration for a long time during operation, it will cause the internal components or coils of the motor to break or detach, causing the motor to lose normal operation; If the motor runs at high speed for a long time or the load exceeds the rated load, it will generate high temperatures, leading to internal component failures of the motor (rotor wear or deformation); If external impurities enter the interior of the motor during use (such as moisture, dust, or gold fragments), it can cause motor failure; If the voltage is too high or too low for a long time, it can cause damage to the motor or prevent it from starting. The self factors of DC brushless reducers mainly affect the life of motors, including bearing life, coil problems, and demagnetization of magnetic steel. If the bearings of the motor are damaged, they need to be replaced in a timely manner, which will also affect their life. Generally speaking, the aging time of the motor coil is more than 10 years. However, the way to avoid the coil is to pay attention to not overheating the coil during use and ensure good heat dissipation, so as to increase the service life of the coil.

For the maintenance and upkeep methods of DC brushless motors, it is necessary to regularly check the damage of the rotor and stator, promptly deal with the damaged parts, and prevent the damage from expanding. Secondly, it is necessary to regularly clean the rotor and stator, and use a dry cloth or vacuum cleaner for cleaning. Finally, the wiring terminals of DC brushless motors need special protection to avoid being hit, damp, or loose plugs. Although the stator of DC brushless deceleration motors can also be damaged, it is usually caused by working conditions and other factors. Proper working conditions, as well as regular maintenance and upkeep, can extend the service life of DC brushless motors and slow down the speed of stator damage.
