How to deal with the problem of "phase failure" in brushless DC motors?
When a brushless DC motor is stationary, the direction is reversed and mutually offset, which is called 'phase failure'. This common fault has a significant risk factor. Below is an explanation of how to carry out practical operations after such a common fault occurs:
1. Firstly, everyone must check whether the DC motor is a common fault, whether there is a short circuit power switch in the circuit, whether there is a melting wire, and then check whether the three-phase winding of each phase is disconnected.
2. In addition, restart the DC brushless motor. If the motor is isolated from common faults and cannot be started, and if there is a buzzing sound, immediately disconnect the switch power supply.
3. If the cable of the switch power supply is disconnected, it should be investigated thoroughly. If the case clues below are good, the fuse should be melted, and a driver of the same specification and model should be replaced for common faults. The diesel engine of the DC motor should be checked regularly with care.
