What type of motor is used for electric tools.
Most electric tools are series motors with electric brushes inside. Electric motors have the characteristics of small size, high power, and high speed. But it cannot work for long hours.
The speed regulation of electric tool motors is mostly achieved by keeping the motor speed constant and adjusting it through the output mechanical reduction mechanism.
The speed regulating motor consists of a tapered driving wheel and a pressure plate that are compressed by a set of disc springs. The input shaft is connected to the driving wheel with a key, forming a compressed driving device. A set of conical planetary friction wheels are sandwiched between the compressed driving wheel and the pressure plate on the inner side, and between the conical fixed ring and the speed regulating cam on the outer side, forming a friction pair; When the compressed active device is in operation, the friction wheel performs pure rolling. Due to the fixed ring and speed regulating cam not moving, the friction wheel rotates while rotating, and drives the planetary carrier to rotate through the central shaft of the planetary friction wheel and the sliding block bearing.
