What should I do if the electric motor of the sweeping machine burns the top.
Although the phenomenon of floor sweeping machine motor burning on the top is not very common, it also occurs. Generally, it is caused by the increase of water temperature. Its manifestation is that the motor load is too heavy. Improper operation during climbing may cause the temperature to increase, resulting in blockage burning or cylinder pulling.

In addition to the factors mentioned above, there are also other influencing factors such as poor fuel injection and deterioration of combustion, which are also the reasons for roof burning. Especially when the aluminum alloy wire used for the piston has a high specific force, it is prone to the above-mentioned environment. When repairing the sweeping machine motor, if there is no usage manual for the machine, you can refer to the manual for similar models to check the common clearance. The common clearance of air-cooled motors is usually slightly larger than that of water-cooled ones. Usually, for a four stroke water-cooled motor with a cylinder diameter of 100mm, when using aluminum pistons, the common clearance is 0.120-0.50mm.
When installing the piston of the sweeping machine motor, the piston should be heated in oil at around 90 degrees for a few minutes, then aligned with the device hole of the connecting rod small head, and the piston pin should be gently pushed into the device hole. Then install snap springs into the snap spring grooves at both ends of the piston pin hole, and then install the piston ring. If it is too thin, the lining ring and oil ring should be installed first, and then the second and first air rings should be installed.
After installing the piston ring, use your hand to grasp the outer circumference of the piston ring and rotate it in the ring groove to check for any blockage. At the same time, oil should be applied to the installed piston rings to evenly distribute the oil into the piston ring grooves. When installing, the sweeper should ensure the cleanliness of the piston and piston ring surfaces to prevent dust from adhering to the surface of the piston. For pistons with device bias markings, the markings should be followed and the bias should not be installed incorrectly.
Only by equipping the sweeper according to the above specifications can the motor of the sweeper be effectively prevented from burning the roof. In addition, it is crucial for experienced drivers to operate the sweeper in order to promptly address any issues that may arise during the process and minimize the damage to the equipment itself.
