DC brushless motors have long lifespan, low noise, and high torque, and are widely used in industries such as AI intelligence, automotive, medical equipment, and industrial automation. Due to different specifications and types, it is very important to choose DC brushless motors to meet product performance requirements.

When customizing a brushless DC motor, it is usually necessary to select the appropriate power, voltage, speed, torque, and body size based on the actual situation (load, structural dimensions, etc.), and then match the driver with the specific parameters of the selected brushless DC motor.

The main parameters include: DC power supply voltage, rated output power, rated load torque, rated working speed, and the rotation direction of the DC brushless motor, which can be clockwise, counterclockwise, or counterclockwise. The motor can operate continuously for a certain period of time. The environment that the DC brushless motor is suitable for is indoor, outdoor, marine, high temperature, high humidity, corrosive gases, etc. The flange structure has two forms: square and circular, as well as the length of the body.

1. When choosing a motor model, the first step is to select the correct voltage and choose the rated voltage according to the customer's needs to select the voltage parameters of the brushless drive. During the process of no-load and full load, the voltage used should not exceed the range specified by the brushless driver.

2. Select the peak current driven by a DC brushless motor, use the known input current of the brushless motor to select the peak current, and ensure that the peak current is greater than or equal to times the rated current.

3. According to the working environment (such as temperature, humidity, etc.), the low temperature of DC brushless motors should not be lower than -20 ℃, and the high temperature can reach 60 ℃. Waterproof treatment can also be done.

4. Another key point is the requirement for power insulation. In order to ensure the normal operation of the brushless drive, the insulation resistance between the Hall wire ground wire of the brushless DC motor and the winding wire of the brushless DC motor, as well as between the Hall wire winding wire and the housing, is greater than 100 megaohms and 500 volts DC, and can withstand 600 volts/500 hertz/1 milliampere per second without breakdown.

5. The outer diameter of the motor, as well as the selection of parameters such as height, height, shaft diameter, and whether a reducer is required.
