The ventilator pump uses a brushless motor for better performance.
In medical equipment, we have multiple applications of micro motors for ventilators, electric beds, intelligent medicine box power, blood pressure monitors, electric wheelchairs, infusion pumps, etc. Today, we will mainly introduce the motors that can be applied to ventilator pumps.
As a pump used in ventilators, it is necessary to drive a turbo fan to achieve millisecond level airflow response, which requires ensuring that the motor can respond quickly, with high accuracy, low noise volume, long lifespan, and other characteristics. Brushless motors can meet these requirements. Currently, we offer two models to our customers:
Hollow cup brushless motor 1625/1725, both commonly used in ventilator pumps, can respond quickly. At the same time, the motor is equipped with a built-in drive board, and based on feedback data from Hall sensors, combined with PID algorithm, the airflow output accuracy is improved to within ± 3%, ensuring that the error between the preset tidal volume and the actual delivery volume is less than 50ml. This ensures that patients can have stable inhalation and exhalation needs.
On the control line, there are multiple line options for convenient multifunctional design.
