Several important parameters of
brushless motors:
KV value: The operating speed of the motor, the larger the value, the higher the motor speed. Motor speed=KV value * operating voltage.
No load current: the operating current of a motor without load at a specified voltage.
Phase to phase resistance: The resistance value between the endpoints of two phases after the motor is connected.
Torque: The driving torque generated by the rotor in a motor that can drive mechanical loads.
Slot pole structure: (N: number of slots, P: number of poles) There are 3 common internal rotor brushless motor structures in the model N2P、6N4P、6N8P、9N8P、9N10P、9N12P、12N10P、12N14P、12N16P、18N16P、18N20P、27N24P、27N30P、36N32P、36N40P( Commonly used induction motors; The common structures of external rotor brushless motors in models include 9N6P, 9N12P, 12N8P, 12N10P, 12N14P, 18N16P, and 24N20P.
Outside the model, the rotor motors are all fractional slot motors:
1. N must be a multiple of 3, P must be an even number (magnetic steel is paired);
2. The smaller the P, the higher the maximum speed;
3. If N is greater than P, the relative speed is higher;
4. The same N value, the larger P, the stronger the torque;
5. N and P cannot be divided evenly.
The product is widely used in various electric products such as car electronic devices, medical equipment, audio-visual equipment, information and communication equipment, household appliances, aviation models, power tools, massage and health equipment, electric toothbrushes, electric shaving razors, eyebrow trimmers, hair dryers, portable cameras, security equipment, precision instruments, and electric toys.
