Nowadays, every industry is advocating energy conservation, and the energy conservation of DC brushless motors is also very important. The ways to save energy for DC brushless motors are as follows:
Firstly, the energy-saving transformation technology for DC brushless motors is to replace traditional DC brushless motors with stepper servo motors. Servo motor is an intelligent motor with very high precision and fast response speed, but it has high cost and energy consumption. The DC brushless motor adopts a closed-loop system with the function of a servo motor, and integrates the DC brushless motor and motor driver into one, fundamentally changing the original shortcomings of the DC brushless motor, reducing the installation space, and reducing the cost compared to the servo motor. Due to the adoption of ******** technology in the transformation process, the electricity consumption is also lower than that of traditional motors before.
