Regarding the use of brushless DC motors.
Regarding the relevant knowledge of DC brushless motors, Topband motor has already introduced a lot to you before. Today, let's take a look at the use of DC brushless motors. It is said that three parts rely on repair and seven parts rely on maintenance. If a brushless DC motor is to be used for a long time, the key lies in its use and maintenance.
A brushless DC motor consists of a drive circuit and a control circuit, which are difficult to separate, especially in low-power output power circuits where the two parts are usually integrated into a single dedicated integrated circuit chip. When using a brushless DC motor, the following precautions should be taken:

1. Before disassembly, blow off the surface dust of the brushless DC motor and clean the surface stains.
2. Master the structural characteristics and maintenance standards and specifications of brushless DC motors.
3. Prepare specialized tools (including general tools) and mechanical equipment required for disassembly.
4. For the convenience of further understanding the shortcomings in the operation of DC brushless motors, if conditions permit, an inspection experiment can be conducted before disassembly. Therefore, you need to load the DC brushless motor and conduct a load test, carefully checking the temperature, sound, and vibration of each part of the DC brushless motor, detecting the working voltage, current, speed ratio, etc. of the DC brushless motor, and then independently conducting a full load detection test, measuring the full load current and full load consumption, and making records.
5. Disconnect the switch power supply, remove the external wiring of the DC brushless motor, and record it.
6. Use a megohmmeter suitable for the working voltage to detect the grounding resistance of the DC brushless motor. In order to compare the insulation resistance values measured during the last maintenance and determine the insulation change trend and insulation status of the motor, the insulation resistance values measured at different temperatures should be converted to the same temperature.
