When it comes to the advantages of brushless motors, not everyone, at least those who have a certain understanding of motors will know, such as long lifespan, high efficiency, low noise, simple and convenient use, and so on. But this can create a misconception, mainly reflected in the vibration aspect. In general, we will assume low noise as its vibration is very small. One drawback of this is that it will exclude products such as massagers.
But the actual situation is not like that. Understanding the performance of brushless motors and experience in cooperating with customer products, some massage products, such as massage pillows, are a very good choice due to their strict requirements for noise and electromagnetic interference. The only drawback is that the working voltage of these small massagers is relatively low, usually around 4-5V. This only requires the customer to make a small modification and increase the voltage to 6V to achieve. Our company currently has several practical cases of vibration brushless motors in mass production, and we hope that more and more people can understand this feature.
