For some traditional industries, although they do not have special requirements for the design of DC brushless motor control modules, with the rapid development of modern electronic technology, especially the rapid rise of integrated and modular design ideas for electronic products, people's requirements for technical performance indicators of electronic products are also increasing.


Due to the fact that the DC non commutation synchronous motor is a type of DC motor without a commutator, it can effectively overcome the torque fluctuations and electromagnetic interference caused by commutation sparks in brushed DC motors, while also maintaining the easy control characteristics of brushed DC motors. The control of DC brushless synchronous motors has gone through a development process from analog control circuits to digital control circuits with microcontrollers as the core, but both have inherent shortcomings. The former is prone to aging and sensitive to temperature changes due to the use of analog devices; Although the latter overcomes the inherent defects of analog devices, its computing speed is slow, making it difficult to meet the real-time control requirements of modern industry for motors.
