Countless motors are newcomers to the motor industry, with a relatively short history of entering the domestic market and higher prices than brushed motors. However, due to the obvious advantages of brushless motors, their development momentum can be described as rapid. After entering China, it quickly became favored by industries such as home appliances, automobiles, ships, and machinery, and occupied a place in various industries, developing rapidly. According to the National Bureau of Statistics, the revenue of the brushless motor industry has been increasing year by year since 2010, reaching 18.92 billion yuan in 2016, a year-on-year increase of 22.3%.
With the improvement of people's living standards and the development of modern production and office automation, household appliances, industrial robots and other equipment are increasingly tending towards high efficiency, miniaturization and high intelligence. As an important component of the actuator, motors must have the characteristics of high precision, fast speed and high efficiency. The application of DC brushless motors has also grown rapidly as a result. At present, although various AC and DC motors dominate in transmission applications, brushless DC motors are receiving widespread attention. In the next few years, the market prospects for brushless DC motors in China are relatively optimistic.
