Application of Brushless Motor in Electric Doors.
In the past two years, the development of pedestrian passage gates has been very rapid, from brushed motors to brushless motors, and then to DC brushless motors. Why do pedestrian passage doors use DC brushless motors? What are the advantages of brushless DC motors for pedestrian advertising doors?
The main advantages of brushless DC motors are simple control and mature technology. It has excellent control characteristics that cannot be compared to AC motors. In the early development of electric vehicles, DC motors were widely used. So far, some electric vehicles have been driven by DC motors. There are electric brushes and mechanical commutators that limit the motor's overload capacity and significantly increase speed. If the motor is operated for a long time, and the brushes and commutators are maintained and replaced, the rotor will suffer losses and heat dissipation will be difficult, which greatly limits the torque to mass ratio of the motor. Given the aforementioned shortcomings of DC motors, newly developed electric vehicles generally do not use DC motors.

Brushless motor is a high-performance reducer. Its characteristics are a DC reducer and a brushless mechanical contact structure, using a permanent magnet rotor with no excitation loss. The heating armature is wound around the outer stator, making it easy to dissipate heat. Brushless motors have no commutation sparks, radio interference, long service life, reliable operation, simple maintenance, and speed is not limited by mechanical commutation. With air and magnetic bearings, it can rotate hundreds of thousands of times per minute. Compared with brushless motor systems, it has the advantages of high energy density and high efficiency, and has good application prospects.
