Advantages of brushless motors:
Different from
brushed DC motors, brushless DC motors do not use mechanical brush devices and adopt square wave self-control permanent magnet synchronous motors. Hall sensors are used instead of carbon brush commutators, and neodymium iron boron is used as the permanent magnet material for the rotor. Compared with traditional DC motors, brushless DC motors have significant advantages in performance and are currently the most ideal speed regulating motors.

High efficiency, low energy consumption, low noise, long lifespan, high reliability, servo control, stepless variable frequency speed regulation, relatively low cost and simple to use.
The stator winding of brushless DC motors is often made into a three-phase symmetrical star connection, which is very similar to three-phase asynchronous motors. There are magnetized permanent magnets attached to the rotor of the electric motor. In order to detect the polarity of the motor rotor, a position sensor is installed inside the motor. The driver is composed of power electronic devices and integrated circuits, and its function is to receive the start, stop, and brake signals of the motor to control the start, stop, and brake of the motor; Receive position sensor signals and forward/reverse signals to control the on/off of each power transistor in the inverter bridge, generating continuous torque; Accept speed commands and speed feedback signals to control and adjust the speed; Provide protection and display, etc.
DC brushless motors are widely used in various industries such as household appliances, automotive components, power tools, office automation, industrial and commercial equipment, medical devices, personal care, robots, etc.
