The AGV logistics robot (Automated Guided Vehicle), or automatic guided vehicle, is primarily applied in the field of industrial automation to accomplish tasks such as cargo handling, sorting, and distribution. AGV logistics robots place extremely high demands on motor torque output, heat dissipation capacity, lifespan, and stability, posing severe challenges to the performance, reliability, and adaptability of motor drive systems.

The pipe robot is an intelligent crawling device that integrates high-definition cameras, multi-gas sensors, and laser ranging technology. It can penetrate municipal, industrial, and residential pipelines to accurately locate cracks, corrosion, blockages, or foreign objects, enabling trenchless, visual inspection. Due to the unique nature of the environment, the motor of the pipe robot has high requirements, and the following pain points remain to be addressed: 1. Stuttering at low speeds under high loads, causing image shaking and detection blind spots 2. Humid and hot environments (95% RH) leading to winding oxidation and a sharp drop in efficiency 3. Traditional slotted motors are large in size and heavy in weight, limiting the robot's turning radius 4. Insufficient peak torque, causing the robot to stall when climbing slopes or navigating gravel or weld spatter sections.
